With it you can launch Netflix directly from Heroic and by extension, directly from Steam. (add a non-Steam shortcut to Steam option)

Quoting: PhlebiacWell for one it makes it easy to use it on handhelds and big screen console-like setups.Quoteyou can now run streaming services like Netflix, AppleTV, and Crunchyroll
By way of browsing to them in the built-in browser, or is there some other feature I'm missing? Edit: I guess that's the "Add Game" / "side loading" feature added in the prior version. Question: is there any advantage over loading in a normal browser?

Quoting: mr-victoryI also use Heroic for custom Wine and Proton prefixes. No more Bottles or Lutris for me.Quoting: amataiI am totally lost with all that game manager.Steam and Itch.io have Linux clients.
Heroic is for managing Epic, GOG and now Amazon.
Lutris supports everything and the kitchen sink. Use it for anything that isn't from any of the sources above. EA, Ubisoft, Rockstar etc.
Bottles is useful for .exe installers.
These programs have overlapping functions, which means you can use one of them instead of another. I just listed their primary functions.

Quoting: michaInterestingly, it seems the upward change solely comes from Ukraine:Can we assume that it comes from an increase in military devices usage? 😰

Quoting: officerniceSteam on i3 has been quite wonky since the UI update. Drop down menus basically don't work anymore. I cannot sort my wishlist, clicking on the sections in the drop-down does nothing. It's the same when right-clicking on an owned game in the library. Electron is lovely.i3 users don't get to complain 🤪

On beta, the Big Picture performance on NVIDIA can still be buttery smooth at one second and choppy on another 🤷
But still it feels like the new Big Picture is maturing. I use it regularly on a TV screen with Steam Link. It is useful and looks modern.
