And everything else works as intended? What about screen rotation (I know Gnome can do this out of the box)? If all works then this will be my next notebook. ^_^

Quoting: GustyGhostI had to jump through flaming hoops and drag my rear through a thousand miles of glass shards to get my hands on a Raven Ridge (35W).
Made me laugh heartily.
Quoting: hummer010That hasn't been my recent experience with Raven Ridge (I've got an HP Envy x360 with a 2500u). I don't think I've had a lockup since I started using 4.18. I'm rolling my own kernel to get the touchscreen working, but I haven't made any changes specific to Ryzen or Vega.
How did you configure your kernel or what patches did you apply to make it work? I fancy buying a HP Envy x360, too but haven't been aware of touchscreen problems.

I'd love to check it out on my Kaby Lake U, should run easily. Last port fromm Icculus I tried on this system is Prey, which runs like a charm.

Inches are imperial either. ;) Welcoome to modern Europe. :D For anything else I love occult imperial measures, like e. g. ounces per cup (for density). :P

Nevertheless this console is outdated. I'm surprised AMD still delivers these APUs. Nothing for me - I'd rather have an NUC from AMD. That would be great.

seta r_customHeight "1080"
seta r_customWidth "1920"
seta r_mode "-1"

The game supports resolutions up to 2560x1440 via .ini edit.

I have bought a used retail copy of Prey some weeks ago after discovering its Linux port by chance. It runs exceptionally well. Since it has no built-in support for FullHD resolution I changed the following lines in ~/.prey/base/preyconfig.cfg

seta r_customHeight "1080"
seta r_customWidth "1920"
seta r_mode "-1"

That's more than my house water pump uses. That's more than *all* the LED lights in my house. That's more than my TV and PS4 combined. That's more than 3x the usage of my current PC. That's almost as much as our house uses at night with gf watching TV and me coding.
Alright, you're running your gaming rig 24/7. You have your reasons, of course. Nevertheless...

I got it running on Fedora 25 with Mesa 17.0.5. It definitely runs smoother than the Windows version with Gallium Nine. Great job, Feral!
