Quoting: K3rcusI downloaded the demo in Steam (look for download button on the right side, people don't looks there if they don't know is there), but it just doesn't work, at launch I get a few seconds a black screen and then crash :|
Found the download button, thanks! :)
It launched fine for me, tried the tutorial. Got stuck damaging the enemy with hero's ability and got 'invalid target'.
Otherwise, seems to work out of the box for me :)

I could make it works launching it with "-opengl", seems to be a problem with Nvidia drivers in some distros like Fedora or Arch.

Anyway the game has many bugs and not enough players, I couldn't play a pvp game :(, too early state of development, I'll keep it installed to see if they improve it fast

If you long for the days of Caesar III you can rejoice with the FOSS game engine Julius

I played this game so many hours, it was one of my first.

I also remember the Caesaria, a clone, I think at some point it was abandoned, not sure if it can still be found on Steam.

I'll try it in 1 minute. Fixing the fullscreen mode is the most important thing this game really needs.

I have never played this game with the steam controller, I think I tried it once when it came out it didn't work well and I forgot it, I will try it again.

Quoting: RoosterSo I played this game once, beat it on my first playthrough and it was.. good, but not good enough that it would make me want to do a second playthrough with different character.

Do you think I'm missing out? Does the second character (the one you unlock after first time beating it) make it better? I know he makes it harder and you have to go for a different deck, but that alone doesn't sound so tempting to me.

the first time I played it didn't seem so good either.
I've been playing for 210 hours now, most of them with the third character.
Defect for the Win!
I would recommend that you at least try the Defect.

Quoting: TheSHEEEP500 key?! Will there even be enough of us for that who actually like BR games?

I predict that they're gone within a day. Even when restricted to existing account owners.

Yeah, but how many people will actually use it?

Planetary Annihilation development set to continue with the creation of a new company

I bought Planetary Annihilation just 2 or 3 weeks before TITANS, because of what they did about TITANS, I'm not playing or buying anything else from them.
