I loved part 1 and played it a bunch with my wife and kid via of itch.io on our HTPC. This will probably be a day 1 purchase for us.

Quoting: fleskYes, I've associated the purchase with my account, and both your workaround and the one I described earlier work just fine. I was just curious about this particular workaround using collections, because if that works, someone could create a collection with all of the Linux games from the bundle and link to it here, and it would save all of us from a lot of browsing. I think I must have misunderstood what they meant though, since that doesn't work for me.

Go the games you wanted in the bundle that you purchased - Click Download - Go to the bottom of that page and it says "+ to collection" - Click that and for me I only have 1 collection

Then refresh your itch.io client and it should be under your owned games.

Quoting: dpanterA bit bummed that the bundle lacks integration with the itch.io client. :/

I got around this but adding the games I wanted to my collection and it will show up under owned games making it easy to install.

Quoting: ageresIs there a way to add a specific game to my library without the need to dig into pages of shovelware?

That is exactly how the bundle is designed. You can pick which one to add to your library as you see fit.

Excellent. Many of those games I had on wish list but the deal and cause were too good to be passed on.

* Zombie Army Trilogy - Steam

Picked this up via of GreenManGaming along with most of my online people. We've been playing this as Stadia Pro time is coming to and end and we've unlocked all the stuff that the base game of Zombie Army 4: Dead War has to offer. This game is great. I hope that I can find a way to remove the eyesore of the starting screen which seems to be some HTML launcher. Just click and launcher directly to the game. It's not a smooth look for my HTPC setups.

* Mortal Kombat 11 Aftermath - Stadia

Been having fun from time to time with this one. I have 2 other ppl that I play against and it's been a great time no matter what. Have not gotten the DLC yet but I amassed some credits for it but not sure. Main: Johnny Cage and Geras

* Skullgirls - Steam

With all of the updates, I've been going online against friend and strangers and it's just a great experience with all the new changes. Main: Beowulf and Ms Fortune

* Steel Storm: Burning Retribution - Humble Bundle DRM FREE binary

It was brought to my attention that had this game marked as complete and my kids reminded me that I never ended and it turns out they was right. So I've been playing this one during my work week in btw down times. Man I remember when this was part of the first waves of games with Linux support on Humble Bundle. Time for me to add this one to my ended and completed pile.

Quoting: elmapulgreat, now we can pay to create games for google for free...
so we can earn 0 cents while they profit from our content and our content can be locked to their cloud.

quite smarth strategy from then, but i will pass.

You would have hated the 90's mod craze, then.

Quoting: CorbenJust Epic (afaik) and GoG are distributing drm-free games, so once you downloaded them, they still work offline.

* itch.io
* Humble Bundle DRM-FREE selections
* IndieGala
* GameJolt

^ All have Linux native DRM-FREE binary games to purchase and/or for free.

Quoting: GuestI know you build a case before about posting Stadia news...but I forgot to be honest and fail to see reason for these kind of news updates on it. Not trying to be an asshole about it, just failing to see the linux connection here.

You can play these games on your Linux desktop. So it's being covered.

Quoting: Xaero_VincentStadia needs more games that don't work in Wine / Proton.

If you own a gaming computer, Stadia is mostly useless except for games currently borked in Wine/Proton.

While it's nice it has Destiny 2, PUBG, RDR2 it needs more like Fortnite, Apex Legends, Hell Let Loose, Paladins, RUST, etc.

GeForce Now has a lot more of these borked games, which makes it more ideal.

I'd love to see a inexpensive cloud gaming service specifically for Mac and Linux users that only has games known not to run in Wine / Proton and as games become supported, get removed from the service.

MK11 and Zombie Army 4 those games that do not work at all via of Wine or Proton. Currently, my group has picked up ZAT since it was on sale recently via of GreenManGaming and we started playing that more but MK11 is still something that does not work fully via of ProtonDB. When it does, we will all be there with NRS shirts one.
