Mark of the Ninja: Remastered is out on Steam with Linux support

I played the original game when it was new six years ago, but my HDD got broken before I finished it and I lost my save files. It's time to play again.

Quoting: Comandante ÑoñardoI just want to know what is the criteria used for to whitelist games...
and what is the criteria for to choose those specific games and not other games.
Probably just the favourite games of people who does Proton testing at Valve.

Quoting: GuestWhat i wonder, and i suppose i am not alone, is to what degree they use the unofficial compatibility list in their work.
I think they don't use it at all.

Quoting: PikoloI fully expect more states to start their national distro's as a cost saving measure, with business licenses for Windows increasing as a proportion of software licensing cost. This won't happen in the USA, but it might happen in Europe(France already provides Linux as one of the two OS's on parliamentary laptops) or in China/Saudi Arabia/Brazil.
I don't think deputies and bureaucrats are PC gamers and would evolve into Linux gamers if there was Linux on their computers at work.

Quoting: rkfgLiS2 also has Denuvo so it's unlikely to work well if at all. Captain Spirit launches fine but crashes after a minute or so, it also has Denuvo and UE4.
Captain Spirit crashes with SteamPlay probably due to old Wine 3.7 in Proton. It works fine with the newest version of Wine.

Quoting: GoldpawI'm currently running Walking Dead perfectly there, and aren't these games built on more or less the same engine?
TWD is on its own engine, LIS2 is on UE4.

Battle Royale game Crazy Justice just had an update to the closed beta, we have keys to give away

They should have made it a Goat Simulator Battle Royale instead of a generic Fortnite clone. Imagine 100 goats head-butting and licking each others like in Goat Simulator. I would play that.

No, you don't need to register. Don't you see that big inscription "GO HERE FOR DOWNLOADS" on the mod's page?

Beta? More looks like the earliest build ever. I wouldn't even call it playable.
At first everything was pure white (solved with '__GL_GlslUseCollapsedArrays=0 %command%'.)
The performance is very bad, 20 fps at any settings. View detail is broken.
There's no controls setting, I cannot even look at default binding. Even ESC to return from the pause menu to the game isn't programmed to work. You supposed to find the inconspicuous 'back' button in the corner of the screen. UI is bad.
It has almost none sound effects, no reloading animation.
I didn't understand what happened when I tried to join a game, did I actually join a server or start one. There were no players and I found no way to look at a players list. Does it exist?
What's the deal with that goat? Why is it in the game?

How are the devs going to release this game soon? It would take months to make it look like a playable game.

Quoting: TcheyWhat did i miss ?
You didn't select an IWAD, so the launcher doesn't know which one to launch. My script for Ashes 2063 is
exec $HOME/Games/Doom/GZDoom/gzdoom "$@" -iwad Doom2.wad -file Ashes2063/Ashes2063Maps.wad Ashes2063/Ashes2063Mod.pk3
