They are also re-releasing a cart racing game:

Pick up Golf With Your Friends, Trepang2, Gord, Neon Abyss and more in this bundle

The bottom tier stuff has been bundled before, the middle tier stuff doesn't have great reviews, and the top tier game is on sale for less than the bundle total. So doesn't seem like a great one to me...

I like the concept well enough, but something about the art style just turns me off.

Looks like the Doom engine? Would be nice if it ran with GZDoom.
Edit: Sounds like it's using EFPSE, a tool that's similar to (based on?) those older engines:

Valve makes paid 'Advanced Access' a clear feature on Steam now

This is true - "advanced access" could result in negative reviews that destroy "release day" sales. Hopefully that's enough incentive for greedy publishers to be cautious about milking this too heavily.

Quoting: MasterSleortI say let free market forces dictate whether it is a feature that will stay or not. If people are getting burnt or don't feel the value is there, publishers will be hesitant to use the feature. After all it's also a way to get advanced negative reviews.

I hope being part of Atari means that Night Dive will return to making native Linux builds; they used to do it regularly, but not so much on newer releases:

Fedora Linux 40 is officially out now

Dunno makes the decision on that (maybe it just depends on the package maintainer?), but it's probably seen as much less of a priority than things like the kernel, browser, etc. Obviously, amount of (volunteer?) manpower has to be a factor.
As I recall, VLC made the same wxWidgets -> Qt transition, albeit quite a while ago now. Audacity might be one of the last high-profile projects using that GUI toolkit? I see it's still under active development, though.

Quoting: pleasereadthemanualThis is really a program that should be kept up-to-date throughout the Fedora release rather than pinned to a certain version.

Higher resolution on the smaller screen? Are they expecting to run it in HiDPI mode? I guess the desktop environments support that fairly well these days...
Fedora Linux 40 is officially out now

You mean Fedora *Core* 3. ;-) I remember when the rumors were swirling about "Red Hat 9" being the last version.
As already noted, that requires updated Nvidia drivers with explicit sync support; it also requires GNOME 46.1 (just released; is it already packaged for Fedora 40?). Your profile says you use KDE; I don't think explicit sync support is done for that yet: https://invent.kde.org/plasma/kwin/-/merge_requests/4693
I haven't messed with it myself, but gamescope is in the default repositories, so very easy to install. Same for mangohud, goverlay, lutris, wine, and "almost" anything that is open source.
I prefer the "fedora-multimedia" negativo17 repository myself.
Current version in the repo is 3.3.3; that is indeed out of date, but it's less than a year old, going by the official Audacity website. Oh, but 3.4.2 is there for Fedora 40 (I think 3.5 just released a few days ago?):
https://packages.fedoraproject.org/pkgs/audacity/audacity/
I assume that's from rpmfusion; you could try the negativo17 version.

My oldest backed but unfinished Kickstarter project (that is still likely to release) is Asylum - campaign ended on February 28, 2013, and apparently is in private beta test now:

I just checked 7 Days to Die, and the campaign on that one ended on August 15, 2013 - but at least they have had a playable game for a very long time.
