"the works of classic film noir from Shakespeare"? I wasn't aware the bard produced any films.

Quoting: dos> Reduce space used by game prefixes if filesystem supports copy on write.
Oh, that's something Deck users are going to like.

I don't think Steam Deck supports it? If I understand correctly, it uses ext4.

Quoting: jarhead_hGenuinely never thought Sony would ever greenlight this. They could have recycled this for PS5 exclusivity and still had a lot of sales. Maybe they are just testing the waters?

These are very popular games, that have been heavily discounted on Playstation for quite some time:

I'm sure they are happy making lots of money selling them at high prices again. :)

Quoting: BeamboomSupposedly this is a really good Spiderman game (according to both reviews and user reviews alike), so this is great news indeed.

I loved it on Playstation 4. Gameplay is *very* similar to Batman Arkham games.

Quoting: mark348A Plague Tale is a great game, definitely try it

That's the main one that looked interesting this month, but since I already have it, I think this month is a skip for me.

I remember when this was on Kickstarter! Passed on it since they couldn't promise Linux support, although it did look interesting. So, I was curious to see what they had made since their "first game" - and found nothing on Steam?

Checking their website, it seems they made an Iron Man VR game for Playstation, so not a lot more as of yet.

Quoting: damarrinI do have a 2019 Intel MBP. It's barely useable with Linux

Apparently, it's barely usable with Windows, either. My boss is an Apple fan, but has to use Windows for development work. He had to give up on using an Apple laptop, as the thermal throttling made it barely functional. It also doesn't have the Intel TPM for BitLocker support, as they opted for their own security chip.

Quoting: BumadarDreamfall chapters, at least for me.

I can highly recommend both that one and Quern - Undying Thoughts; most of the rest are wishlist items for me. One of the best Humble bundles in a long time, from my view!

Heroic Games Launcher adds GOG Cloud Saves, Epic Overlay support, anti-cheat helpers

Quoting: tpauthey write their own code that interacts with the original servers.

Not to diminish their great work in any way, but it's Legendary and GOGDL doing most of the heavy lifting of "interacting with the original servers." As someone else pointed out previously, there is a "nile" CLI tool being worked on for use with Amazon Games, and as I recall the author is a contributor to Heroic. But I've not heard of anything similar for other platforms mentioned (and some are probably harder to reverse engineer than others - I think Blizzard actively went after people who tried in the past?).

Return to Monkey Island gets a first gameplay trailer

I seem to remember reading that the voice actor from previous games was returning for this one, and Wikipedia says as much:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dominic_Armato

But in the trailer, he sounds different from what I remember; is it just me?
