Okay, so you... flush away a sort of "Dirt", which is sometimes called a "number 2"... and when using decimal fractions we say "two point one" for 2.1 and so on... so we're looking at a sort of Dirt 2 point...
Dirt Rally 2.0
and um, "where are we going", because um, Rallying is based on navigating from point to point on a track which you don't know beforehand... and it has a man with a spear on a flying horse because... um. I don't know.

Have you tried with the launch options: "PROTON_NO_D3D11=1 %command%", as mentioned in the Steam Forum Post linked in the article? Apparently that's meant to deal with that specific problem - and that's on Ubuntu, so reasonable chance of it being the same in Mint at least.

Quoting: finaldest[...] with the exception that the player character and NPCs are not visible on screen

I'd say it's more polished than I expected, and seems a pretty well fleshed out game world - on a par with a shorter Wasteland 2, perhaps - but they seem to be expanding with new locations, characters and quests on each update. Some of the quests/stories/plots etc are excellent, with some great little mysteries and side quests in there.
I've had about 35 hours out of it during its early access so far, which I think is probably from two separate runs, as far as they'd got at the time. I'd say it's kept my attention throughout, in a way that Fallout 3 didn't (and it's certainly less buggy than Fallout 3 or New Vegas). Personally, I'd say it's well worth it. Even if they stopped development now, there's certainly £11 worth of game there.

I've not had the same problem as you, sorry. In case it's relevant, I'm running the newest "unstable" one, "oddrealm_v0_6_5_1_linux(unstable)" and running it through the itch.io client. I've put a good 10 hours into it without problems - so it seems pretty stable to me. If there were worldgen options, I left everything on default, but I can't remember what the world seed was that I used (I assume I left it as whatever it was).

I'd forgotten about this one - it's been on my wishlist for a long time. Finding now it at least runs on SteamPlay/Proton, and with a native port due, I quite fancy buying it pretty soon. In terms of encouraging future Linux compatible releases, would you recommend waiting until an official native Linux release, or to get it now to play via SteamPlay?
Meeple Station, the cooperative space station builder is now on Kickstarter, Linux demo available

I'm not sure if it's just my computer, but when I try the demo, it resizes the game window to 2464 x 1536, well beyond my 1920x1080 screen, so I can't get to any of the buttons. I tried changing the prefs in /.config/unity3d/VoxGames/Meeple Station, but it resizes each time I launch it.
[edit] If you press ESCAPE, you can get to a settings menu, then set a manual resolution or fullscreen.
