I'll drop a little recap here which I posted in the GOL Discord back in August 2023. Just one quick example. Maybe the prices are different now, I don't really give a toss as I'm illustrating a point.
Summer Mystery Bundle + BONUS: Mostly Positive - Mystery Game
Bundle price: 13,31€
Windows
Windows games total price on Steam: 247,25
Linux
Linux games total price on Steam: 66,36
Whole bundle total price on Steam: 313,61
I invite everyone to do their own math on this one.

Quoting: GuestWhenever there's a gambling bundle/promotion going on, you're almost guaranteed to get garbage that's altogether worth a lot less than what you paid for.Sorry, you're talking out of your ass. I agree with Pengling, as I too have bought many mystery bundles from Fanatical and always, always gotten a huge winning. It goes without saying that you can't expect to win the top tier prizes, that's the lure. If it happens, happy days! But you don't buy mystery bundles with an expectation to get something specific or extremely valuable.
As much as I want a Deck, that's a big no from me. I'm not that foolish.

Quoting: sudoerWindows 95 was the continuation of 3.11 (a tiling window-manager) on top of MS-DOS which was developed strictly for the PC in mind, as single-user, single-tasking and not network-aware.I don't want to argue about off topic issues in article comments but what the heck have you been smoking and where can I get some? Come on dude. Nobody here likes M$ or Windoze but let's stick with facts.

Regardless of who is personally affected, moves like these are disasters for Linux gaming as well as the entire gaming industry. DRM is cancer, retroactively forcing it on older titles is despicable and anti-consumer to a degree most companies can't even bring themselves to think about. And then we have the "Triple A" monsters...

Quoting: KimyrielleWon't affect me personallyAnd what if EA forces this crap into every title they ever published or developed? Will you be affected then? We already saw Capcom try this song and dance number, randomly breaking things because reasons.
