Microsoft is just one among many giant corporations needing to be dismantled, broken down and destroyed in their current malicious forms. If we don't, it'll be too late to stop them and they'll control every aspect of our lives. Hey, wait a minute...

That's pretty sweet! Good move devs.
So. Is the game good yet? Still keeping that 60€ pricetag on a 2021 release? With 90/100€ versions and paid expansion DLC? Fixed the incessantly stupid teammate AI? What about the non-existent support, sadge gameplay, boring updates, the bloody card system, no mod support... oh well.
L4D2 is the superior game on all counts, choose wisely.

No. Manjaro is rotten garbage, avoid at all costs.
If you want Arch, use Arch.

Quoting: ssj17vegetaAs a long-standing (K)Ubuntu user for the last 15 years, I was wondering, is Manjaro the "rolling release distro with the power of Arch minus the hassle of reading tons of documentation" or not ?

EA want to put adverts in your video games to squeeze you for every penny

Instead of the shader caching progress screen, you will now also enjoy the ads downloading progress screen. In fact while you wait, why don't we show you some ads! Or maybe throw a little gambling minigame in your face since you won't be going anywhere for a couple minutes. Why not make this an even 10 minutes so you really get the true EA experience. Perhaps add some real money in-game currency for skipping this artificial time waster. Mmmmm.

Quoting: mallogFor a Linux site, I'm surprised no-one has mentioned this. The adverts will probably be delivered through a specific domain, which can be blocked in your firewall.Nope, gonna be local and updates every day. No chance they'll let you escape.

QuoteThe scale of the layoffs wasn’t shared, but staff were told that people working in publishing, IT, and Square Enix’s Collective indie games division would be predominantly affected.
