Quoting: elkanguroDo you think it's gonna work on i3 with Intel HD3000?Well, it sort of runs but you'll run into many graphical glitches and for me that made it unplayable. They aren't that interested in fixing the game for that hardware either, so you'd better avoid for now.

Quoting: laveis it a full game tho? with a real story, voice acted dialogues for important characters, hours of gameplay that concludes in a good ending to the plot that has been built up before?Seriously, this game has all of that. Hours and hours of gameplay, cool story (so far, I'm 20 hours in), good voice acting and basically everything else you could hope for. The guys behind this game surely know how to make a post-apocalyptic RPG and I'm fairly sure you'll be happy to hear that they worked on the early Fallout games and the predecessor of Fallout.
i ask this because i played fallout for the immersion it had with its interesting characters, fun and random encounters and its very satisfying endings. im very sceptical with crowd funded "semi indie" games if they can deliver me that and not just ride the "sandbox crafting is cool" hypetrain. i would buy wasteland if someone tells me it has the same level of love for design, lore and details, but not if its just "fallout battlesystem in an open world where you can do what you like trololo".
i like really classic game, is this one? :(

Quoting: loggfreaksaNctumDammit! I noticed that I made that mistake when I uploaded the video but I still managed to write it wrong in the article. Oh well, at least it's fixed now.
you forgot the N in the entire article :)
Quoting: BeamboomSure, we have games that might have higher-res textures and more detailed models, but with games like Metro the colour pallet has like one colour. This game on the other hand has plenty of bright colours and to me that made it beautiful. Might be because I live up north where it's either black or white for the bigger part of the year.QuoteGraphically it's beautiful. It puzzles me that you think so. That was one of the first thing that struck me, that it looked awfully dated graphically. In fact I expected this to be another Unity game, it surprised me greatly to find out they've used the Unreal engine, an engine I've seen perform much, much better visually in other games. Id even go as far as saying I've hardly seen a worse looking Unreal-based game before.
But the concept is interesting. And at 85% discount it was worth the money. :)

Quoting: MayeulCI wish you the best, Liam. I hope you'll be back soon as the main site editor :)For now the only means of coordination is the review queue, which will prevent duplicate articles on publishing level. We might have to rethink our methods if we get enough people interested in writing articles but currently the go-to place for coordination and discussion on articles is the IRC channel.
I would be interested in helping writing articles (I wrote one, brief article about Space Pioneer once), but I don't know if my English skills are up to the task. Moreover, I don't know how the coordination is done internally to reduce work duplication...
