It's essentially GTA but you progress through floors with different quests. More direction, less sprawling open world life-sim, possibly more chaos (basically everything is destructible).

Edit: I guess this game is open world as well, different from the first one.

I love it! Out of all the survivor-like games though, this one has me wishing for co-op the most.
