I'll be trying to finish Alien: Isolation. That game is waaay too long for my taste, at least the past few hours have been nothing but meaningless story fluff with a very, very cheating insta-kill alien :( On two occasions it literally teleported right in front me just a few meters away from the next save-point, so I'm a bit sick of replaying the same sections over and over, but I feel I have to finish the damn thing.

Great to see that they have a proper European ISO keyboard! It's become quite the hunt these days to avoid the American miniature enter key!

Valve has a problem brewing with user reviews and bots

Quoting: GuestSeveral of them seem a bit... odd. ~0.1h play time and no real comment (eg. "li ca dracu", "Wasteland 2, Best way to waste your time.", this game is sooo bad m8", etc.). It doesn't necessarily seem like a bot problem though, more like spammy reviews.Quoting: EhvisI also noticed a large amount of negative reviews on Wasteland 2. All with less than half an hour of play time. Looks like someone is using the free weekend to take down the rating.Haha, no, I’m pretty sure these are legit.

Probably, but they didn't mention any platforms in the remaining text, so it really does seem like "Windows = all" to them at the moment. Wasteland 2 was great though, so I'll keep the pitchforks in the basement for now ;)

Quoting: ShmerlQuoting: CybolicThey really messed up in the wording of their Kickstarter update, "Beta Access for All Backers". Apparently Linux and Mac backers aren't even included in the definition of "all" anymore :(
They probably meant [Windows version] beta access for all backers. That's about right.

Oh, maybe I'll finally get to try this series! The original came out after I'd switched to Linux and I never really felt any urge to try and get it working in Wine, but if it comes natively, I'll be sure to buy it!
EDIT: Still, would much rather have any of the Deus Ex games (especially the upcoming one) ;)
