Love deep sprawling roguelike RPGs? Check out The Doors of Trithius

Played an early version back en 2022 (version 4.7 i think), was great already, even if a bit empty and repetitive and unbalanced. It was about 10-15 hours to complete, at that time.

Feels like something inbetween Daggerfall and Stoneshard. Can be worst.

Silarim Ultimate is hundreds of hours for completionist and creature collectors, at least a couple dozens for random people.

Played a lot of Siralim 2 and 3 and Ultimate, amazing concept. Only part i dislike is the "exploration", the dungeons are boring but are meant to be auto-explored after a few hours, so...

I know i played it, but i don’t remember if i liked it or if it was good.

I agree landscape impact is still in 2024 rarely seen.

Looking at the trailer, it seems... not very modernized ?
Visual, art-style, GUI... Nostalgia is not enough.
Let’s call for a fusion with BAR (Beyond All Reason) !

5 years later Valve finally gives Windows compatibility tool Proton a logo

Alright, but... it’s not a good logo for "Proton", nor for anything actually. It’s absolutely generic and bland and not even accurate.

Lots of exciting updates coming to the free & open source RPG Veloren

It’s a very nice project, and yet, each time i try, it feels extremely clunky and "alpha", not a "ready to play for everyone product". And it’s perfectly fine.

Move over Diablo 4 and Path of Exile as Last Epoch 1.0 is here

Quoting: GuestNo issues with the native Linux version so far and yes, I am enjoying it :).

You have the Offline option in Steam ? I don’t, only if i switch and force Proton.

Or you have the Offline on the main screen once ingame ? Then it’s different from Windows offline option access.

Quoting: Liam DaweFor me on the main menu there's a clear button to go into offline play.

I also have a clear Offline button ingame on the main menu screen, however, there should be a menu inside Steam Properties window, to go Offline. If you Force Proton, it is there. If you go native, it is not.

Also, without -force-vulkan, the map has no background, and it’s almost game breaking as the minimap is so usefull IMO, plus the main map to teleport everywhere.

With -force-vulkan, map is fixed, but the skill passive icons have no background.

Still playable, but annoying to see Linux version is half baked again (before, the character creation screen was broken, with no textures).

Get lots of Mega Man games in this Humble Bundle

I’ve never really liked Megaman games, i don’t know why, i can’t understand why or how it’s so "good".

Back in time, with the NES then the Megadrive/Genesis, i played and liked Super Mario 1-3, Earthworm Jim 1-2, Sonic 1-3, Ecco the Dolphin 1-2, Aladdin, The Lion King, The Lost Vikings (not really the same but still i wanted to name this awesome game), and many others, but Megaman never really hit me.

Quoting: hardpenguinI really would love to play this but I would rather do it on Steam so I can invite my friends to play with me.

Send them a message and go play together ? I’m an heavy Steam user for many years, but i never think there is ONLY Steam in my gamer’s life. Vintage Story is an amazing game, it seems a bit silly not to play it for such reasons. It’s not like it’s on an other EVILCORP system like Epic, it’s simply direct, straight, from devs, to players, and native Linux (i would understand the "need" for Proton, but here it’s not needed at all).
