I own it, and it's broken for me. At launch, a kind of black screen with lot of statics, no music, no menu, and the window cannot be resized.

Gaming on Linux (not this website, the act of gaming...) is a "small issue" for me, the big one being that more and more giants are eating the smaller people.

So many trash games ! But also some nice ones to catch.

I'd highly recommand Age of Fear, the 2 and 3, but not the 1. Why ? 2 and 3 share the same engine and map, but 1 is getting a remake soon to be aligned with the others. Basically, they are all the "same game", but with each time two campaign.

So, AoF1 is Undeads and Humans, AoF2 is Demons and Greenskins, AoF3 is Dwarves and Dryads. So just pick the one you like more based on the playable factions.

I did a full dwarves campaign (in french) and now i'm testing AoF1GOLD (not avalaible to public yet), doing the Humans campaign.
In english, Cornish did and still does full campaign too. He started Humans a few days ago, so we are doing the same but differently.

The guy behind the games is very dedicated, offers great support, and works fast when fixing reported bug (couple of days top).

It's a shame many players won't even look at Age of Fear because of its appearance.

Well, if a like mature or gay porn it's not really an issue, as long as actors are on age and have an agreement. Unless you have an issue with non-heterosexual people.

I didn't judge you, nor insult you, i only said i don't understand the appeal for these games. And the characters ARE childish with huge boobs, it's not a judgement neither, it's a anatomic fact.

As porn game, i enjoyed Metropolis Lux Obscura, a Match3 game, and TripleXTycoon too but the development is super slow.

I've been following this game since a long time, from afar, playing some Trial version from time to time and... it's a total waste of talents and resources. Now F2P i may go and have another look at it, out of curiosity, but i don't have any hope to actually enjoy my experience.

It's interesting to see almost all of us put a "human face" on the cube. There are many other ways to deal with personality, but still, human face > all.

That said, now i wrote that, maybe the next ones will be more creative (and win... grrr !)

Well, 1€ the unit. It's expensive, i think. This kind of stuff used to be "normal content free patch".

I do like the game really, but i'm not happy with this DLC. I would pay for more factions, but individual units should be just their to grab player's attention and love, not money.

Now i'll be relunctant to buy faction's DLC later, because i'd think they are uncomplete and i would need to pay even more for completion.
