After an impressive early demo (which you can still try out) and a successful Kickstarter campaign, LAZR is looking really fun and I can't wait to see more of it.
Lazr is a cyberpunk platform that's quickly shaping up to be like nothing else, where parts of the level and enemies are made from simulated cloth and a massive demo update is out.
With a campaign that had quite a dicey ending, Lazr, an action platformer with some really fun use of cloth physics/simulation has now been funded on Kickstarter.
After an impressive tech demo, then an expanded demo, the physics-enhanced 'clothformer' Lazr is now on Kickstarter to help it cross the development finishing line.
Currently in development by Garrick Campsey and being made with the cross-platform MonoGame, LAZR has to be one of the most unique platformers I've seen in some time with some very fun cloth simulation going on and a big new demo is out.
Platformers are out, Clothformers are in. Well, that's what the developer of LAZR wants you to believe with an impressive tech demo release of their in-development title.
