Judging from the comments under articles there are few of the users here that dabble in 3D and game creation. So I thought you might be interested in this - I've just opened a vote on Algorithmic site for Linux version of their Substance tools.

This is an awesome toolkit, extending texturing workflows in amazing way - would be great to see a native Linux version.
