Removing white space from pdf's

I need some assistance choosing a tool to remove the white margins in pdf files.
I need to do this within Linux. I don't have Windows.

I need the vulkan spec mobile ready.

Thanks for any help.

I dont know wha you want to do but on my Note 4 every PDF is looking ok.

Anyway , personally I am using Master PDF Editor to edit PDF files

is not free though , it just leaves a watermark but everything is working fine.
