There're good news for us, the customers. After amdgpu performed very well and AMD ZEN ist just arround the corner: Some guy invested 'lots of money in AMD so the stock allmost doubled it's own value within a day. That basically means AMD won't die and more competition on the market! ;)

The actual reports are that AMD stock price has gone up due to a number of different factors. The possible use of their chips in the PS4.5 and the Nintendo NX and them letting chinese companies use their patents to male chips or something along that.
