Previously, I informed you that you can run Diablo on Linux if use one of the open source projects like Freeablo:
https://freeablo.org/
However, I didn't know about other projects based off Freeablo like DGEngine, which was published this month:
DGEngine
" Like I said, the projects are quite different in terms of architecture. I don't support MPQ archives, use SFML instead of SDL, and don't use libRocket nor Python. I also don't use the original Diablo.exe. All you need is SFML, PhysFS and (optionally) sfeMovie for movie support (can be disabled).
This allows me to run the code easily on android and iOS as well, since SFML supports those and PhysFS builds fine on those.
So I will continue working on DGEngine, and you can take anything you want from it. I had a few things you didn't (at least in comparison to version 0.3)."

I found another project which was published this month, too:
FreeabloD
"Clone Freeablo on D language"
https://github.com/eresid/FreeabloD
One of the projects was created by a person who was working one Freeablo:
DiabloGL
"A re-implementation of Diablo 1 for the web. "
https://github.com/doggan/diablogl
Wheybags mentioned about 4 similar projects. Unfortunately, none of these projects allow you to run a playable version of Diablo on Linux, but maybe it will be beneficial in the future.
What do you think about the fragmentation of this project?

And these forks can also still share code and take ideas from each other, so not a big deal.
