For anyone who wants to attempt to change his mind, though he's somehow convinced that there is 10x as much profit to support Mac than there is Linux.

Screw him. If he wants to give all Linux sales to his competition then that's his problem.

True... let him have his narrow opinion! When he sees that cross-platform game production is becoming more of a standard than an actual gift (thx to Valve, companies can now make fun of others like: Haha, we support 5 platforms and you only do 2 or 3) he will change his mind. They might not have much money from Linux but developing cross-platform makes them better developers and all gamers not only Mac and Linux see that. There is a huge open support from Steam & Windows gaming community to Vulkan, open-source standards and game availability because people don't want to be limited. They might be using Windows today but things may change, MS could lock things down even more and then what choice would they have than to eat every shit that MS throws at them? That's the reason why everyone without exception should support Linux as the platform for everything and gaming is not an exception!

I don't think some developers realize that when Linux starts to become a competitive platform, all the ones who blew Linux off are going to be in the unenviable position of playing catch-up with their competition.
