what you do with your computer? just gaming? is that price just for the hardware inside the case, or anything else like keyboard/mouse and monitors also?

edit: also whats your monitor resolution (that will say what GPU you need for proper gaming)

that is still way too unspecified requirements.

anyway the most obvious choices:
1080p 24'' monitor
an ssd and an hdd
a ryzen 2600 or at least a ryzen 2200G
a B450 mobo
an rx 580 or rx 570 or at least rx 560 4GB gpu, or a gtx 1060 or at least a gtx 1050ti
16GB ram or 8GB ram
