edit: meh :/ downloaded latest d9vk from a few hours ago and still get the WSoN(white screen of nothing)....in terminal i get:
wine: Unhandled page fault on read access to 0x51c90000 at address 0x26a8082 (thread 0009), starting debugger...
UPDATE: reverted the Blur.exe v1.2 to a previous version aaaaaannnnnnddddd....

game started right up! keypresses were way more responsive than when i was running it with wined3d(still not used to it infact as i've adjusted to the latency after all these years). only seem to be getting about 15fps to 21fps with an average of 17fps running a race, though....VSYNC on, VSYNC off, turning down graphics details, antialiasing on, off, doesn't seem to make a difference...but it's totally playable though :D
