After a switch to GNU/Linux it's been a struggle to get few games working.
One of them has been Need for speed 2015 on Origin. Origin installed fine and is working smoothly with Lutris but then comes the game itself.
I am using Xubuntu with more than enough of a specs to run the game. It launches but absolutely nothing happens.
Same goes with Car X drift online from Steam(except versions prior to 5.4 because a message saying something about steam init failing to launch) . I did grab Proton GE 6.16 but haven't tested it yet.
How should i proceed to get them both working? I could just refund car x drift but if all else fails i will just not play any of them and simply blame lazy developers for not supporting anything at all. It's easier that way for me.
Any help would be appreciated greatly.
Look at protondb for hints what others did to get game to work.
