All I can think of is some sed trickery in launch options but that seems a little sketchy
STEAM_COMPAT_CLIENT_INSTALL_PATH="$HOME/.steam/steam" STEAM_COMPAT_DATA_PATH=/path/to/SteamLibrary/steamapps/compatdata/621830/ "/path/to/SteamLibrary/steamapps/common/Proton 8.0/proton" run dxdiag
You need to figure out the correct paths on your system and app id for the game.
sed trickery might actually be the easier way!
