Intel i5-12600K | 32GB DDR4-3200 CL16 | Gigabyte RX 7600 XT 16GB | Mesa 24.0.2-manjaro1.1 | Western Digital Black SN850 500GB | MSI Pro Z690-A DDR4 | Dasharo 1.1.1 | Manjaro | Mate 1.26.1 | Kernel 6.7.7-1-MANJARO| MSI G2730QPF 2560*1440 @ 165hz
Game From: Steam
Proton 8.0-5
Game Settings: Highest, 8x AA
Resolution: 2560x1440

Min FPS: 64.59
AVG FPS: 76.28
Max FPS: 94.55

Game From: Steam
Native OpenGL
Game Settings: Highest, 8x AA
Resolution: 2560x1440

Min FPS: 19.51
AVG FPS: 30.37
Max FPS: 44.52

My system is:

AMD FX-9590 | 16GB DDR3-2133 | XFX RX 590 8GB Fat Boy | Mesa 24.0.2-manjaro1.1 | Samsung QVO 860 1TB | Asus Crosshair V Formula-Z | Mate 1.26.1 | Kernel 6.7.7-1-MANJARO | MSI G2730QPF 2560*1440 @ 165hz

What was really interesting here was I found that a system with an FX-9590 and a RX 590 using Proton out performed a system with an i5-12600K and a RX 7600XT using the native OpenGL version. I wasn't surprised that Proton beat OpenGL as there are plenty of cases of that but to do so with such inferior hardware was an eye opener to me.
